Thinking about this, I really wonder whether Callanetics, which is like pre-Pilates, might be a good answer for those who find the whole idea of exercise too tiring. Ballet conditioning (such as on some excellent ballet exercise videos such as The New York City Ballet Workout and Callanetics, named after the person who designed these stretchy exercises, are both very good for those who want to start and find pilates or gym&#039;ing too much.</description>
