Eagerly awaited

Love Potion is just a few days away to reaching me and I’m really looking forward to that. A nice lively dancey workout is totally welcome anytime  – and the wonders that Neon, Blanca and Sarah will do with such a workout makes it even more welcome.

But I must say that I’m even more excited at seeing the preview of Sarah’s Opulent Motion.

I’m struck afresh by how beautifully Sarah dances. And this video she shares some of her technique secrets with you, showing you how to nuance and accent to different types of music, how to use the emotiveness of the music to express your own feelings – and just how to look absolutely beautiful dancing. I can hardly wait.

  1. Ooooohhh Mala thank you thank you thank you!!
I hadnt seen Sarah’s preview anywhere!!!
    Amazing.

Now I knew it would be about slow moves, which I fancied – but it to be about expressivity and showing emotion through your dance – I like that even more!!!!!!!!!!!!

WDNY is the downright best, most amazing producer of dance videos content wise. And the price is completely competition-less too!

  2. Opulent Motion looks absolutely gorgeous! And I love the nice long preview!

I have been lurking in the back of your blog again :P
I seem to have problems accessing with anything but Firefox, Internet explorer does not let me click links.

  3. Not just expressions but arm positions, hand flourishes, poses, connecting poses and accents, different slow rhythms AND dancing to rhythmless taqsim! All the delicious stuff I ever wanted! And you know what? There’s 2 hours and 40 minutes of it. The only problem is the impatience for it to arrive.

  4. Yes, there’s this awful problem with the blog not being properly visible in Internet Explorer and I just don’t know how to fix it! I changed the template but that didn’t help either! Maybe I’ll have to explore in forums or something and see whether anyone else has experienced this with their WordPress templates.

  5. Anyone recognize any of the music? I want that soulful ya leili ya eini. I want all the soulful ya leili ya einis out there!

  6. ya I love the soulful ya leili ya ainys too :) )

  7. I view this blog in Google Chrome thanks to Mala’s recommendation.

As for the videos to come…. I am bouncing in my seat in anticipation. Woohoo! :)

  8. Try bounce slow!

  9. There’s some information about the music on this page.

  10. Hi Jabbie! Nice to see you here! Yes, I got the list of songs – some are actually specially edited for the video. Sigh.

I like songs to be downloadable from sellers so I can instant gratification instead of waiting for a month and a half for amazon to get its butt moving. Unfortunately, amazon and iTunes both don’t sell outside the US. Well, iTunes does, but I think the iTunes India version will have limited stuff. In any case it doesn’t look like my computer connects to the store!

That’s why I love Payplay.fm, eMusic and CDBaby (if I want the whole album). Unfortunately, they don’t ever have all the stuff I want.

  11. I am starting to watch this now. I love it. In fact, it may be the very best program to date for my every need. It addresses everything. Feminity, dance exercise, gorgeous music and movements, long practice flow….and more. I will be enjoying this for a long time! :)

  12. Tami, you mean Love Potion?

  13. Oh, yes, sorry about that. I meant Love Potion, of course.

  14. Ooooohhh..the Love potion :) you have it already??
